Krewe of Bogue Falaya Announces 2025-2026 Board Members
Covington, LA – The Krewe of Bogue Falaya is thrilled to announce the addition of George Landrum, Proprietor of the Covington Beer Garden to its board. Known for his extensive experience in event planning and community engagement, George brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to his new role.
He supports several charities, including Hogs for the Cause, Northshore Food Bank, and Mainsprings, a Tanzanian orphanage where he volunteered for a year. He serves as the NFL's TV Liaison at Caesars Superdome and coaches youth soccer for the Covington Youth Soccer Association. George is married to Connie Landrum; they have two sons, Boris and Gordon.
George stated, "I’m looking forward to joining the team and contributing to the krewe’s future." The Krewe of Bogue Falaya will parade through Covington on Mardi Gras Day, February 17.
