Carnival in Covington was established in 2017 with a goal of amplifying the Fat Tuesday celebrations of Covington Lions Club and the Mystic Krewe of Covington.
Today, the Mardi Gras Day celebration has grown into a destination all its own! You'll dance, eat, catch loads of beads and custom throws as you revel in the spirit of our unique, fun-loving town.
CARNIVAL IN COVINGTON PARADE 2024
The 2024 parade features 600 riding members and 74 units of traditional floats, fair queens, dance groups , marching bands, horse groups, local celebrities and more!
